Age requirement
You must be 18 years or older to be tattooed. A valid government-issued photo ID will be required on the day of your appointment.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. Deposits are forfeited in cases of cancellation, no-shows, or reschedules made with less than 72 hours' notice.
Rescheduling & cancellations
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice or failure to attend will result in loss of deposit.
Design policy
All designs are created in my artistic style and are not released prior to the appointment. Minor adjustments can be made on the day, but significant redesigns may require a new booking and deposit.
Health & responsibility
Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your session. I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe it would be unsafe to proceed.
Aftercare
You will receive detailed aftercare instructions at the end of your session. It is your responsibility to follow them to ensure proper healing. The longevity of your tattoo depends on aftercare and lifestyle. Touch-ups are not always included in the original price.
Pricing & payment
Final cost will depend on the size, detail, placement, and time required. Remaining balances are due on the day of your appointment. Payments are non-refundable once the tattoo has been completed.
Photography & portfolio use
With your consent, I may photograph your tattoo for my portfolio and social media. Your identity will never be shared without your permission.
Personal data
I collect your name, email, phone number, and health information (skin type, allergies, medical conditions) for booking communications, appointment safety, and aftercare follow-ups. Health data is special category data processed with your explicit consent. Data is stored securely and never shared with third parties.
